Oxygen Meter Model O2-A v2

 

Oxygen meter calibrated at 5PPM utilising fully traceable certified calibration gas.

LCD indicates oxygen level, percentage (%) or parts per million (PPM) mode, and low battery warning.

Display autoranges from 0-200 PPM to 0.02-0.4% oxygen in inert gas.

Flashing yellow LED indicates meter is operating in percentage mode.

Front panel ON/OFF switch with integral battery or universal mains adaptor (included).

Red LED indicates oxygen levels are above the factory set threshold of 10PPM.

Front panel Zero & Gain trimmers (for calibration purposes only).

External oxygen sensor mounted in cylindrical housing connected to rear of meter with BNC cable (included).

Normal operating temperature ranges is 5C to 40C.

Sensor must not be exposed to vacuum and pressure should not exceed 100mbar.

Sensor is unaffected by exposure to low relative humidity but must not be exposed to liquid condensation.

Acid gases, ozone and chlorine will interfere with the oxygen sensors sensitivity.

Solvent vapours must be filtered through a carbon trap otherwise exposure may inhibit sensor performance.


Exposure to extremes of temperature, pressure, or other contamination will have an adverse affect on the performance and life of the sensor.


Oxygen sensor typically requires annual replacement and re-calibration (depending on operational environment).

The new version is identical to the discontinued unit except the sensor holder now incorporates a standard NW40 pipe fitting (NW40 centering ring seal & clamp included) for quick connection to glove boxes, and the finish of the front & back panels has been updated.


A BNC to BNC bulkhead mounting feedthrough connector and additional BNC cable are still included should a NW40 fitting not be available on your glove box.
